Find all our hotel room rates here. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, American Express, bank transfers, ANCV holiday vouchers (paper and digital), cash, and checks.

BOOKING CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservations are considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay.

Deposits* are non-refundable and cannot be returned in case of cancellation, no-show, and/or changes to the stay.

The balance of the stay is payable on arrival. A bank card number will be required as a guarantee in case of early departure, damage, and/or unpaid charges.

General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC):

- To be enforceable against the customer, they must have been provided to them, and the business must keep proof that the customer has read and signed them.

- They must include (as must their website and invoices) a statement regarding recourse to tourism mediation in the event of a customer complaint that remains unsatisfactorily unanswered by the business (see circular 33.17).

Cancellations:

- The business's GTC apply to its contractual relationships, particularly its provisions regarding cancellations and the classification of sums paid by the co-contractor.

- If it is a deposit, if the client cancels, they forfeit the deposit.

- If it is a down payment, if the client cancels, they must pay the full amount for the service.

As a reminder, if nothing is specified in the Terms and Conditions, it is considered a deposit, and the client can cancel but will forfeit it.

In cases where the professional cancels the service, they must either offer a postponement or a credit note, or fully reimburse the client.

"Cases of force majeure":

Article 1218 of the French Civil Code stipulates that there is force majeure in contractual matters when an event beyond the control of the debtor (here, the professional), which could not reasonably have been foreseen at the time the contract was concluded and whose effects cannot be avoided by appropriate measures, prevents the debtor from fulfilling their obligation (in this case, providing accommodation).
